Many years ago, MPEC set out to be the best at what we do; the distribution of automotive parts, equipment, accessories and supplies in the markets we serve. That goal is a constant and ever changing aspiration, but one that we now can say we are achieving with this past year being the most successful in the corporation’s history by every measure.
We are privileged to serve our customers with quality products, sales and marketing programs, state of the art technology and information systems, and; most importantly, our unyielding commitment to customer service. MPEC has always believed that the purpose of our business was the understanding of our customers’ needs. Because we believe our customers are truly our partners in attaining our goals, no request has been too small or too large over the years. To support that philosophy, MPEC has, and will, continue to invest in our greatest asset, our people. MPEC’s staff is recognized by their long tenure, training, certification and their individual and personal commitment to one another and our customers. This single-minded focus on our customers, and our unwavering commitment to a clearly defined strategy, has created the foundation for our success.
The success of MPEC can be traced to a single idea that has turned out to be incredibly powerful. It was the notion that true customer service comes from an authentic desire to serve, from an attitude that is all at once thoughtful, friendly and caring. Finding employees who share the same values, who have the heart and capacity to use them to their fullest, is our most important internal task.
